Police looking for men in connection with May 11 robbery

The Napa Police Department is looking for two individuals involved in a robbery at the Flyers gas station on Trancas and Jefferson streets.

On May 11 at about 10 p.m., an adult male entered the gas station and asked the clerk at the counter for a pack of cigarettes, according to the Napa Police Department press release. When the clerk turned back around, the suspect brandished a knife and told the clerk to give him all the money in the register. The cashier handed over $250 and the suspect exited the store, traveling westbound towards Wendy’s.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 25 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, and 190 to 200 pounds. At the time of the robbery he was wearing baggy jeans, a white zip-up jacket with a black logo on the upper back, and Vans shoes. He had a black beanie with a blue, yellow and red stripe.

Police believe witness reports of two Hispanic male adults sitting in a car in the Lucky’s parking lot are related to the holdup. The car is described as a brown or tan four-door sedan, a late ’90s or early 2000s model, possibly a Honda or Toyota.

The Napa Police Department is asking residents to call Crime Stoppers at 800-450-9543 if they have any information about the incident.
